| 摘 要： | 水资源紧缺及社会工业化和城市化的发展导致中国农业水资源严重不足，与此同时，农业用水中的水浪费现象还普遍存在，因此，节水农业是解决陕西缺水问题的唯一途径。本文分析了陕西省当前农业用水存在的主要问题，并由此提出了相应措施。

| Abstract: | Water scarcity and the development of industrialization and urbanization lead to the serious shortage of agricultural water resources in Shaanxi. Water management in agricultural production is to be greatly improved in terms of water use efficiency. Water saving agriculture is the only approach to alleviating the water scarcity in agriculture. The situation and problems in agricultural water use were analyzed . Moreover the strategies for developing water saving agriculture were proposed. |
