| 摘 要： | 中国企业社会责任的集体缺失已经带来了和谐社会语境下严重后果,需要把企业社会责任问题提高到构建和谐社会的高度来认识。企业承担社会责任是构建和谐社会的伦理机制,和谐社会为企业承担社会责任提供稳定的社会环境。企业通过对利益相关者的责任承担实现构建和谐社会的目的。通过对山东省2200家企业的调查实证研究,基于利益相关者将企业社会责任指标归为三个因子,三个因子分别命名为优势利益相关者、制约利益相关者、公共利益相关者,对三类利益相关者进行方差分析,根据这三个因子建立了企业社会责任等级模型和决策模型,提出和谐社会语境下履行全面利益相关者责任的途径。

| Abstract: | Corporate Social Responsibility in China has brought the collective lack of harmony in the Context of serious consequences, the need to improve corporate social responsibility to the height of building a harmonious society to understand. Corporate social responsibility is a mechanism for building a harmonious society, ethics, harmonious community for corporate social responsibility to provide a stable social environment. Enterprises through the accountability of stakeholders to achieve the purpose of building a harmonious society. Shandong Province by 2200 survey of enterprises empirical study, based on stakeholder indicators of corporate social responsibility will be grouped into three factors.Three factors were named as the dominant stakeholders, constraints stakeholders, the public stakeholders, three categories of stakeholders, analysis of variance, according to the three factors established a hierarchical model of corporate social responsibility and decision-making model, a harmonious society Context implement a comprehensive way the responsibility of stakeholders. |
