| 摘 要： | 我国外汇储备从９０年代前的严重不足，到９０年代后因国际收支的持续顺差，在１９９８年跃居为世界第二大外汇储备国。因而，人们在认识上出现了一些误区，认为国际收支顺差越大越好，外汇储备越多越好。事实上，国际收支巨额顺差对一国经济的发展会产生很多不利的影响。外汇储备也应适度。

| Abstract: | The foreign exchange reserve in our country is seriously lack before 1990's. But at the end of 90's, due to consequently favorable income in foreign trade, our country became the second big gest country for foreign exchange reserve in the world in 1998. Some people think that the bigger the favorable balance payment is, the better the situation, and that the more the foreign exchange is, the better the situation is. But actually, a large favorable balance payment may produce unfavorable effects. The foreign exchange reserve should keep appropriate. |
