| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了不正当竞争情报行为在商业领域中获取和使用的各种具体表现形式。在参考国内大量相关法律文献的基础上 ,指出我国关于不正当竞争情报行为的法律制约及违法制裁等方面均存在一定程度的不足 ,从而必须在完善立法和加强保密两个主要的方面对其进行改善

| Abstract: | This article introduces some kinds of manifestations of the illegitimate action of competing intelligence, its being acquired and used, and then points out the inadequacy of Chinese laws to them on the base of consulting the relative legal procedure. It also puts forward the way of improving it at two aspects, which are improving legislative and strengthening security. |
