| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江省体育院校排球专项训练课的调查研究，我们得出在课程对象选择上，应当建立双向选择机制。通过对照实验，证明了“分层次递进”、“莫斯顿互惠分组”排球教学方法是在现实条件下最有效的教学方法。在考核指标上，针对不同年级学生，我们建立了不同的考核指标。

| Abstract: | Through investigation on volleyball specific training course of sport colleges in Zhejiang province, this paper finds out that it is better to establish the bidirectional model for choosing the object of the course. With the help of comparative experiment, we conclude that Meston mode is the best way for volleyball training now. To the inspection target, we have set up different inspection target on different students . |
