| Abstract: | From the view of sources about generation of power, power is conferred from the intrinsic and extrinsic. Based on this, in order to realize teacher＇ curriculum power, it needs three conditions which are the laws of education, the awareness of curriculum power and the ability of professional practice to support. However, the conditions of realizing the teacher＇s curriculum power exit a dilemma, which is whether the power authorized by the State or authorized on the teachers. So we must establish protection mechanism from three levels of nation, district and school. It can make the teacher＇ curriculum power implemented really. |
