摘    要:从权力的生成性来源来看,权力的获得来自外赋和内生两个方面。基于此,教师课程权力的实现需要同时获得教育法规、课程权利意识、专业实践能力三大条件的支持。然而我国教师课程权力实现的条件存在着国家授权和教师受权的双重困境,必须从国家、地方、学校三个层面建立教师课程

Dilemma and Protection Mechanism in Realizing Conditions of Teacher's Curriculum Power

Abstract:From the view of sources about generation of power, power is conferred from the intrinsic and extrinsic. Based on this, in order to realize teacher' curriculum power, it needs three conditions which are the laws of education, the awareness of curriculum power and the ability of professional practice to support. However, the conditions of realizing the teacher's curriculum power exit a dilemma, which is whether the power authorized by the State or authorized on the teachers. So we must establish protection mechanism from three levels of nation, district and school. It can make the teacher' curriculum power implemented really.
