| 摘 要： | 信阳市拥有丰富的文化旅游资源，在中原经济区建设这一背景下如何变资源优势为经济优势，更好的发展文化旅游。通过SWOT分析法发现信阳市既有历史文化悠久、文化旅游发展初具规模的优势，也存在着资金短缺、产品单一、缺乏旅游专业人才的问题，应该从发挥政府主导作用、引导各方发展文化旅游、投资融资渠道多元化、深挖文化、整合资源、注重人才培养、借力“中原经济区建设”、完善区域合作着手，推动信阳市文化旅游的快速发展。

| Abstract: | There were abundant tourism resource in Xinyang City,and how to change resources advantage to the economic advantage, better development culture tourism under the background of The Construction of the Central Plains Economic Area.Through SWOT analysis, we found that there were advantages of a long history, which begun to take shape the advantage of cultural tourism development, but, there were problems such as： a shortage of funds, a single products, lack of tourism professionals, Xinyang should begin from give play to the role of government-led, guiding the parties from the development of cultural tourism, investment diversification of financing channels, culture digging , the integration of resources, attention to the personnel training, leveraging from the ＆quot;central plains economic zone construction and perfecting the regional cooperation to promote the rapid development of Xinyang cultural tourism. |
