| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大学生个人—组织平衡在时间管理倾向与生活满意度之间的作用。方法:本研究以209名大学生为被试,采用时间管理倾向量表、青少年生活满意度量表以及大学生个人—组织平衡量表,考察了三者之间的关系。结果:大学生个人—组织平衡与时间管理倾向(r=0.50,P<0.01)、与大学生生活满意度(r=0.58,P<0.01)呈显著的正相关;时间管理倾向对生活满意度的直接效应(β=0.635,P<0.001)和间接效应(β=0.161,P<0.001)均达到了显著性水平。结论:大学生个人—组织平衡量表在本次调查的大学生样本中具有良好的信度和效度;大学生个人—组织平衡在时间管理倾向与生活满意度之间起着部分中介作用,即时间管理倾向一方面直接影响生活满意度,另一方面通过个人—组织平衡影响生活满意度。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the mediating effects of individual-organization balance in the relationship of time management disposition and life satisfaction for college students,209 college students were assessed with 3 scales:the adolescence time management disposition scale,the adolescence life satisfaction scale and the individual-organization balance scale.The results indicate that:(1) receivable reliability and validity of the individual-organization balance scale of college students of the research are confirmed;(2) the relationship between the time management disposition and life satisfaction of college students is partially mediated by individual-organization balance.Time management disposition not only directly influences college students’ life satisfaction,but also causes some effects via individual-organization balance. |
