| 摘 要： | 田径项目在高校竞技体育中具有非常重要的地位，然而通过对山东省高校田径运动员的在校成绩进行跟踪调查，发现入学以后运动员的整体竞技水平在逐年下降，而影响运动员竞技水平的主要因素是高校的训练模式、比赛、管理机制以及教练员的水平等方面，通过分析各方面的因素，提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Athletics event is very important in competitive sports in universities, but through the investigation on performance on college student - athletes, this paper finds out that the athlete＇ s overall performance decreases year by year after entering the school. The main reasons influencing their performance are training model, competition, management system and coach ability. Based on it, some measurements are put forward. |
