| Abstract: | Teachers' reflective abilities refer to a kind of intrinsic quality which leads to the self-reflection of teachers,including the sense of responsibility,theoretical knowledge and reflective skills.In practice,it is necessary to focus on both the training of teachers' reflective abilities and the cultivation of the external cultural atmosphere for reflection,so that self-reflection becomes teachers' conscious behavior. |
