| 摘 要： | 政府在大学生就业中承担着义不容辞的责任和义务。随着人才市场的完善和大学生就业机制的转变,政府对大学生就业的控制职能开始弱化,转而通过调控、规范、监督等方式对大学生就业进行管理。在实践中,政府对大学生就业管理职能存在"缺位"与"越位"的现象。优化政府的宏观调控职能,加强政府的监督管理职能以及完善政府的就业保障职能,可以完善政府促进大学生就业的职能。

| Abstract: | In the process of employment of university students,the government bears the duty-bound responsibili-ties and obligations.With the improvement of the talent market and the change of university students’employment mechanism,the function of government is weakening in the control of university students’employment and begins to manage the employment by means of regulation,standardization and supervision.In practice,the function of govern-ment has the absent and offside phenomenon for university students’employment.Therefore,the government should improve the functions to promote university students’employment by optimizing the government macro-control func-tions,strengthening the government supervision and management functions,and improving the government employment security functions. |
