| 摘 要： | 江苏省委、省政府根据经济社会发展的现实需求,作出建设江苏开放大学的科学决策,目的是完善终身教育体系,建设学习型社会。我们必须认真贯彻落实,积极做好在电大开放教育基础上建设开放大学的转型工作,努力寻求新型大学发展之路,满足社会成员终身学习需要。

| Abstract: | With the need for social and economic development in Jiangsu Province,the provincial government and the provincial committee of the CPC have jointly made the decision to the establish Open University in Jiangsu,which aims to form a learning society and a lifelong learning system.What remains for us to accomplish is to realise the directive and transform the current practices of RTVU into the Open University. |
