| 摘 要： | 大学教育理念经历了一个漫长的历史演变过程。现代大学理念的主要内容是：以人为本，崇尚学术，服务社会，走向世界。高等学校的领导者在管理学校的过程中，必须根据现代大学理念及大学的不同分类，找准自己学校的定位，加强内部管理，向管理要质量、要水平、要效益、要发展。

| Abstract: | The concept of the university education has experienced a long time of historical change. The main content of the modern concept of universities is humanity centered, science advocated, serving the society and world minded. The leaders of the universities, in the course of their administration, must find the proper place of their own universities, strengthen their inner administration according to the modern concept of universities and the different levels they belong to. They should raise their qualities, get more benefit and develop their universities by means of sound administration. |
