摘    要:现代社会的发展离不开应用型人才的培养,应用型人才的培养需要大学具有相应的培养模式。在应用型人才培养方面,德国应用科技大学的经验值得我们借鉴。基于此,通过对其应用型本科教育特征的梳理,提出我国应用型高校应强化实践教学环节,注重实践教学内涵及改革实践教学方法,以提高学生的实践能力、创新能力和社会适应能力。

Abstract:The development of modern society can’t do without the training of applied talents,the training of applied talents need to have the appropriate university training model.In the aspect of the applied training,the experience of the German University of Applied Sciences(Fachhochschule,referred to as FH) is worth learning.Based on this,by going over the features of FH applied undergraduate education,the Chinese universities should be made to strengthen our applied practice teaching,pay attention to the practice teaching connotation and reform the practice teaching methods to improve the students’ practical ability,innovation and social adaptability.
