摘    要:高校虚拟型教学团队是提高本科教学质量,形成优质教育资源共享优势的一种新兴组织形式。从心理契约形成的个体层面的角度探讨高校虚拟型教学团队的组建理由及思路,并提出组建高校虚拟型教学团队的若干策略,旨在通过高校虚拟型教学团队运行机制的建立,使之在教学运行及教学改革中发挥积极有效的作用,从而提高人才培养质量。

Abstract:University virtual teaching team is a new advantage organization form to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching and share the quality education resource.The article analyzed the reason and thought of college virtual teaching team formation from the aspect of the individual perspective of the psychological contract formation,put forward some strategies to establish the virtual teaching team,it’s aim to play an active and effective role in the teaching operation and teaching reform by the establishment of operation mechanism of virtual teaching team in colleges and universities,and then improve the talent training quality.
