摘    要:教授研究室是一个以学术活动为中心和人才培养为目的的基层学术组织机构。教授参管是教授研究室制度的运行机制,师生互动与学术权力下移是其组织机制。教授研究室制度在运行中可以发挥促进学生人格发展、提高学生科学研究能力与实践精神、高效传播信息等的作用。教授研究室制度的有效实施需要外部物质条件和内在文化环境的保障。

Abstract:The professor research room is the grass-roots academic organizations that taking the academic activity as center and the talent training for the purpose.Professor participative management is the operational mechanism of the professor research room system,the interaction between teachers and students and the moving down of academic authority is its organizational mechanism.The operation of professor research room system can promote the development of students’ personality;improve students’ scientific research ability and practical spirit,efficiently disseminating the information effect.The effective implementation of professor research room system needs the guarantee of the external physical conditions and the inherent cultural environment.
