| 摘 要： | 高校教育基金会是高等院校筹集资金的重要渠道,通过有效的投资运作实现教育基金的保值增值是一条必由之路。当前,我国高校基金会的资金规模、投资能力与收益水平不高,与欧美大学基金会相比存在较大差距。着眼于我国高校基金会的发展需求,需要提高投资责任意识,建立合理的投资运行机制,拓展投资渠道,提升投资效益,从而推动高校教育基金会的长期可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Higher Education Foundation is an important channel for the universities to raise funds.It is one of the most effective ways to achieve the investment operations through effective education and increasing the value of the fund.At present,the size of our universities foundation’s funds,investment capacity and income level is not high,there is a big distance compared with the Foundation for European and American universities.Focusing on the development needs of our universities foundation,we must increase the sense of investment responsibility,establish the reasonable investment operation mechanism,expand the investment channels,improve investment efficiency,promote the long-term sustainable development of the university education Foundation. |
