| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对南京市青少年篮球俱乐部的运营模式和组织结构等方面进行分析和研究。发现青少年篮球俱乐部出现的主要问题是在运营过程中管理机制不够健全;经费来源渠道相对单一;缺乏对教练员的统一管理和培训;俱乐部之间场馆设施差异较大;没有全面实施＂体教结合＂模式。针对存在的问题提出合理的对策建议,促进青少年篮球俱乐部的持续、健康发展。

| Abstract: | Using methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,this paper carried out the analysis and research on the operating model and organizational structure of youth basketball club in Nanjing.It is found that the main problem of youth basketball club appeared in the operational process are management mechanisms is inadequate,sources of funding is relatively simple,lack of unified management and training of coaches,there is large difference of venues and facilities between club; mode of ＂Combination of Physical and Education ＂ has not fully implemented.The author finally puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the sustainable and healthy development of youth basketball club. |
