| 摘 要： | 2008年起，广西师范大学马龙啦啦队连续代表中国赴美参赛，荣获了众多比赛奖项，并在“2010年、2013年、2014年ICU啦啦队世界杯赛”获得了双人街舞组冠军。通过深入剖析马龙啦啦队多次夺冠的成功经验，发现新、异的成套编排，有针对性的训练以及良好的团队文化建设是其取得成功的关键因素。该队现已和国外其它啦啦队的训练、比赛水平相当，已经跟上国际啦啦队发展的步伐，而这些训练、比赛的经验将可以为我国其它啦啦队的训练提供参考。

Perspective on the Growth Experience of Chinese Hip-Hop Cheerleading --Take Malone Hip-Hop Cheerleading Team as a Case |

| Abstract: | Malone Hip-Hop Cheerleading of Guangxi Normal University has represented China to compete in the United States since 2008. It has received numerous international competitions awards and won the double dance group of the ICU Cheerleading World Cup in 2010, 2013 and 2014 continuously. This paper is aimed at analyzing the successful experience of Malone Hip-Hop Cheerleading in competitions. It is found that the original choreography, good performance ability, targeted training methods and favorable team culture are the key factors to its success. The team now has reached the similar level of other foreign cheerleading on training and competition. It has kept up with the pace of international cheerleadings＇ development. And this successful experience can also provide a valuable reference for other cheerleading training in our country. |
