| Abstract: | The 12th national games was held in Liaoning Province, Dalian as a major area, undertook more than 1/3 of the total events. This paper from five aspects including the government, the social harmony forces, image promotion, commercial appeal and cultural appeal, discusses the influence of the 12th National Games on the construction of soft power of Dalian city. |
