| 摘 要： | 基于高职院校服务企业、服务社会、服务地方经济发展的办学宗旨和校企双赢的目标,结合柳州职业技术学院的实践,探索构建了高职院校服务企业的一种新模式——＂一点渗透,多方推进＂,将服务企业与高职的教学改革、教师能力水平提高和人才培养有机结合起来,力求探寻一个服务企业、促进教改、提高教师能力水平和教育水平的综合服务企业的模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the mission of vocational colleges＇ serving enterprises,society,local economic development and objectives of school-enterprise win,and combined with the practice of Liuzhou Vocational Technical College,the authors explore and build a new model of vocational colleges＇ serving enterprises as ＂a little penetration、multi-promoting＂.This article puts forward the model of integrated serving business by combining serving business with vocational education reform,and raising the level of teacher capability with personnel training to form a serving enterprise,to promote education reform and to improve the level of teachers＇ competence and education. |
