| 摘 要： | 航海条例是重商主义原则下的产物,是英国为了打击海上贸易对手、发展自己的航海力量而多次颁布的贸易限制法案。最早开始于1381年,迟至1854年才最终废除。航海条例对早期英国经济的发展起到了很大的推动作用,对英国社会转型(从商业社会到工业社会)的影响也不容忽视。通过对航海条例颁行历史进程的分析,有助于更好地把握重商主义政策、民族主义特别是经济民族主义对英国的影响。

| Abstract: | The Navigation Acts is an act of trade restriction,a product under the mercantilist principle of the British government in order to combat trade rivals and develop their own maritime forces.It began in 1381,and was not finally abolished until 1854.The Navigation Acts has played a significant role in the early economic development of the UK.It can not be ignored that the acts promoted the transformation of British society(from the business community to an industrial society).Through an analysis of The Navigation Acts’ historical process,it can help to grasp the mercantilist policies of economic nationalism,in particular,the impact of nationalism on the UK. |
