| 摘 要： | 运用体育社会学方法对新疆11所高校体育场馆问题进行了探讨.结果表明:新疆高校的体育场馆数量少,质量低,体育设施陈旧,体育场馆环境较差.有些学校在承担校内日常教学训练工作之外,个别项目对外有偿开放.体育场馆器材不能满足群众的需要.影响新疆高校体育场馆面向社会开放的因素是:个人的经济收入;体育场馆资源及规模;人们的体育意识;对社会的宣传力度等.改善措施是:加大体育场馆的经济投入;提高人们的体育消费观念;改革管理体制等.

| Abstract: | This paper applies the athletics sociology method to study the present condition of 11 Xinjiang universities gyms opening to the public. The result shows that there is a little gym building of university in Xinjiang, the quantity is not very good, the athletic facilities are old, the gym building environment is worse. Some universities undertake school teaching and training while some universities open their gyms to the public for charge. The gym building device can't satisfy the mass demand. The factor affecting the university of Xinjing opening to the public is: economic income; gym building resources and scale; people's athletic consciousness. Therefore, some measures are put forward such as adding economic devotion to gym building, increasing people's consumption of sports and reforming the management system. |
