| 摘 要： | 坚决反对和防止腐败是我党的一项重大政治任务。加强党风廉政建设，提高党员干部防腐拒变和抵御风险能力是历史性课题。紧紧围绕经济建设为中心，扎实有效地开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争，是贯彻落实“三个代袁”重要思想、实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的需要，是我党立于不败之地的政治保证。
