| Abstract: | Innovations were introduced in ci now and then from the end of the Tang Dynasty up till the Song Dynasty and of all the innovations evre since, Su Shi's turned out to be the most thorough and comprehensive. Su Shi's life was typically a combination of the characteristic enterprising spirit of Confucian school and the broadmindedness of Daoist school, which was dominantly embodied of Su Shi's ci creations. This paper intends to give a detailed analysis of Su Shi' s innovation in ci respectively in such respects as contents, styles and forms. |
