| Abstract: | Oligosaccharides is widely used in food of health protection and medicine and beverage with its immunity and its function of antiutumor and antivirus and antiinfcetion. More and more study on extraction and isolation of oligosaccharides is carried. In this paper,the bioactivity, application of medicine and development of oligoaccharides is briefly introduced. Its isolation and structural determination is discussed. |
