| 摘 要： | 结合军事五项的训练与考核,对500m障碍跑、50m障碍游泳、男子8km和女子4km越野跑三个体能性项目进行相关生理生化指标的监控,以比较三个体能性项目的共性与个性,研究三个体能性项目的规律与特征,为训练比赛提供更多的科学依据及更好的建议.
