| 摘 要： | 大学制度的完善是创新型人才培养中的重要一环,而学术制度则是大学制度的根基。当下,中国现行大学制度尚有不完善之处,这对繁荣大学学术环境和促进科技创新有一定阻碍。学术制度应该为创新型人才培养营造相对独立且自由的学术环境,这样才能启迪创新思维,激发创新精神,造就学术繁荣,才能为创新型国家提供智力支持。

| Abstract: | The improvement of university system is an important part in the cultivation of innovative talents,and the academic system is the foundation of the university system.At present,there are still some imperfections in China's current university system,which hinders the prosperity of university academic environment and the promotion of technological innovation.The academic system should create a relatively independent and free academic environment for the cultivation of innovative talents,so as to inspire innovative thinking,stimulate the spirit of innovation,create academic prosperity,and provide intellectual support for innovative countries. |
