| 摘 要： | 近代上海是中国鸦片贸易最大的集散地。1918至1919年间,上海的鸦片贸易转入地下,各方势力开始了新一轮的对鸦片利益的追逐。以黄金荣黑社会帮会集团为核心,融鸦片商人、法租界当局和军阀势力于一体的三鑫公司,正是在这样的背景下成立、拓展,开始了流毒华夏的罪恶历程。本文分别论述三鑫公司的成立背景、发展过程、公司营运的具体内幕和历史影响,系统地展现了这个庞大毒品机构的历史。

| Abstract: | Shanghai was a principal distribution center for the legal trade in both imported and domestic opium in modem times. With the demise of legal trade in opium in 1919, however, Shanghai reemerged as the center of a vast trafficking network in illicit opium. It was during this period that a gigantic opium combine named Three - Prosperity Company came into play, which was controlled by the gangster group headed by Huang Jinrong and consisted of opium merchants, the French Concession officials and Chinese militarists. In order to show the history of the Three - Prosperity Company systematically, this paper discusses four aspects : the background of the establishment of the Three Prosperity Company, its development process, its operation details and its historical effects. Also, the paper presents a new point of view on the date of the organization of the Three - Prosperity Company that most likely it was established between 1918 and 1919. |
