摘    要:利用聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳法鉴定不同杂交稻种子脂酶同功酶差别 ,以达到鉴定杂交稻种子真实性及品种纯度的目的 ,并以田间种植鉴定结果验证 ,诣在探索该方法的可靠性、准确性及重演性 ,为实践应用提供依据 ,取得了较好效果 .另外 ,通过不同材料脂酶同功酶酶谱比较 ,可以发现其亲缘关系 ;可以作为植物分类研究及杂种优势预测的重要依据

Abstract:Through the methods of plyacryloamide (PAM) gel electro phoresis, this article has determined the difference of lipase_isoenzyme in diff erent hybrid_rice seeds and achieved the final determination of its authenticity and the variety purity. And furtherly it was tests and verified by results of f ield planting so as to prove the methods reliability,accuracy and recurrence, wh ich provides a scientific basis for practice and application and reached satisfa ctory effects. Besides, by comparing the pedigrees of different lipase _isoenzym e, the close relationships between them can be found out so that it can be used as an important foundation for plant taxonomy research and heterosis forecast.
