发展性教师评价探析

摘    要:建立发展性教师评价机制,只有科学分析传统教师评价存在的问题,揭示传统教师评价不利于教师的成长和发展,造成教师专业化发展迟缓或落后的原因,分析发展性教师评价的主要特征,树立科学的评价观,正确处理两种教师评价机制的关系,创设必要的环境和条件,才能促进发展性教师评价机制的建立,促进教师的专业发展。

Abstract:To build up a developing evaluation mechanism for teachers and to enhance teachers' quality in an all-round way are necessary for the reform in teachers' evaluation during the transitional period of our society.In order to accelerate the establishment of the developing evaluation mechanism for teachers and to promote teachers' professional development well,we should scientifically analyze the problems in the traditional evaluation mechanism,reveal the reasons why the traditional one blocks teachers' personal developments and prevents their professional developments from advancing;we also should analyze the main features of the developing evaluation mechanism,create a scientific evaluation outlook,deal with the two evaluation mechanisms reasonably,and satisfy all the related requirements.
