| 摘 要： | 培养创新型人才是中国高等教育的重要使命。日前,部分高等学府在创新型人才培养模式中所推行的大学生科研训练,在意识层面、行为实施层面及成果展示层面均存在若干不足。应建构以科研训练计划为载体的、塑造零起点全程化的科研训练体系,通过组织机构调整、制度建设健全以及实施机制完善等措施为创新型人才培养保驾护航。

| Abstract: | Cultivating innovative talents is an important mission of China′s higher education.Nowadays,the innovative talent training mode in most universities is insufficient on the level of consciousness,implementation and results show.The whole course of scientific research and training system should be constructed on the basis of scientific research and training plan for beginners through restructuring institution framework,building and improving and perfecting implementation mechanism etc.to ensure the cultivation of innovative talents. |
