| 摘 要： | 采用查阅文献、调查访问等研究方法,对如何借鉴和引用中国城市社区体育组织管理的经验,针对构建社区体育组织管理体系、完善组织管理制度,进一步加强澳门各级社区体育组织管理人员的培训,提高社区体育组织管理水平等一系列问题进行了研究分析。
