| 摘 要： | 在详细分析了我国证券投资基金控制权的配置途径、原因以及运行效率的基础上指出了证券投资基金控制权配置机制存在的问题,给出了在现有制度安排下重塑证券投资基金控制权配置机制的方法以及改进外部制度安排的途径。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly analyzes the configuration path,history reasons and operational efficiencies of the securities investment funds' controlling powers.Consequently,the paper focuses on the main problems of controlling powers configuration mechanisms in Chinese securities investment funds markets.At last,the paper puts forward to some effective methods to improve and renew the currents controlling powers configuration mechanisms. |
