| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、数理统计等方法对广东技术师范学院天河学院在校大学生的体育行为开展调查研究,从大学生喜欢的健身活动项目、参与体育锻炼的程度、时间特征、体育技能的掌握、体育行为的目的取向等方面作为重点调查分析,为今后如何合理制定学生身体健康发展计划,提高体育课教学效果,如何更科学的指导学生开展体育锻炼提供相关依据和参考.

| Abstract: | By using the method of questionnaire, mathematical statistics etc, sports behavior of tianhe College college students were investigated. From college students to carry out projects like fitness activities, exercise participation degree, time characteristics, the mastery of sports skills, sports behavior goal provided the basis and the refence, as the key undertook investigating ananalysis, to develop the students＇ physial health plan, improve the effect of physical education teaching, guide students to carry out physical exercise for the future. |
