| 摘 要： | 死刑复核程序是我国刑事诉讼中在保障被告人权利和打击犯罪两个方面都具有极为重要作用的一项特殊程序。但是，目前在司法实践中执行这一程序存在诸多问题．我们应当总结经验，完善死刑核准权、死刑复核程序的启动和审理等方面的法律制度，使死刑复核程序进一步完善。
