| Abstract: | Jiang Zeming's "administering country by morality" is the basic strategy for the CCP to lead the people in bringing peace and order to the country. It is rich in content, including the role and place of morality in normalization, the placement of moral development on the level of "administering country", administering country with what "morality", the place of "administering country by morality" in building a socialist country ruled by law and comprehension of moral construction issues. |
