| 摘 要： | 高等学校的学生规模是教育部编制<普通高等学校基本办学条件指标(试行)>的基础和依据.对天水师范学院和全国同类型、相同层次本科院校进行比较研究发现,在"十一·五"期间,甘肃高等教育将进入一个新的发展时期,各新建本科院校的各项基本办学指标数据特别是作为基础指标的学生规模必须要有一个大的发展和提高.甘肃省各高校确定招生规模时应主要考虑全国同类型院校的发展情况和甘肃省高等教育发展的实际情况以及影响办学规模的其他因素,科学编制<"十一·五"发展规划>.研究结果显示,到"十一·五"末,甘肃省的高等教育招生规模将达到20万人,其中本科生招生规模为9万人.建议天水师范学院从2006年起,平均每年招收普通本科生3500人,专升本学生500人,到2010年在校普通学生规模达到15000人左右.

| Abstract: | A comparative study on Tianshui Normal Univeersity and other 4-year schooling universities at the same level shows that higher education in Gansu will arrive at a new stage in the Eleventh Five-year Plan period,and the number of students in those newly-established 4-year schooling universities will have to develop and increase greatly.It should be taken into account the development of other similar universities in China,the reality of higher education in Gansu,and other factors which affect the universities' development scope,when higher institutions in Gansu decide on their enrollment number.According to the research,the enrollment number in Gansu higher institutions will have reached 200,000 by the end of this period,in which 4-year students will be 90,000.Thus,it is suggested that from the year of 2006 the annual enrollment in Tianshui Normal Universities of 4-year students be 3,500,another 500 students who have finished their 3-year studying be annually admitted to study for 2 more years,and the whole number of students get to 15,000. |
