摘    要:基于ABAQUS软件平台对桥壳滑动式液压胀形工艺进行数值模拟研究,确定胀形压力与管坯轴向压缩量的关系,避免管坯在胀形过程中出现胀裂或者失稳、褶皱等缺陷,得到壁厚合理、成形效果良好的试件。研究结果表明:预成形中采用较低的初始内压,待模具完全合模后增加内压至管坯完全贴膜,可以提高壁厚分布的均匀性。采用该种加载路径可以获得理想的胀形结果,对实际生产具有重要的指导意义。

Study on Numerical Simulation of Sliding-type Hydro-bulging Process

Abstract:The numerical simulation of the sliding axle hydro-bulging process was studied by ABAQUS software platform,which could determine the relationship between the bulging pressure and the amount of axial compression and get the good specimen with reasonable wall thickness and good forming effect.Also,it could avoid the defect of bursting and wrinkles.The results showed that the uniformity of thickness distribution could be improved by performing with low initial pressure and enhancing the pressure after the mold clamping.The right path could achieve the desired bulging results,which could have important guiding significance for the actual production.
