专家型教师的特征及其培养策略

摘    要:教师是教育活动的组织者,随着基础教育改革进一步推进,专家型教师成为学校教育的骨干力量,培养专家型教师则是教育发展的必然趋势.怎样才能成为专家型教师呢?本文先对专家型教师进行界定,接着探讨了专家型教师的特征及培养专家型教师的策略,以期为广大想成为专家型教师的普通教师提供借鉴。

Abstract:Teacher is organizer of teaching activity at school.However,expert teacher is backbone force of schooling.How can be an expert teacher? The article attempt to discuss the differences between expert teacher and new teacher,and expert teacher characteristic,and the main measures how can train expert teacher,in order to help new teacher who want to expert teacher.
