| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料,访谈与实地考察等研究方法,对支持湘鄂渝黔边区体育旅游产业开发的社会环境进行深入分析。目的是为了充分挖掘自身社会环境优势,从而推动该区域体育旅游产业可持续发展。研究结果表明：国家与地方政府的政策与导向、旅游业的良好发展、浓郁的民族文化、消费文化的转型和该区域和谐的社会均为湘鄂渝黔边区体育旅游产业的开发提供了良好的社会支持环境。
