| 摘 要： | 以内江市武术队队员为例,研究其侧踢抱脚直立平衡动作的完成情况和技术动作,运用运动生物力学和运动解剖学理论进行分析,从腿臂摆动、重心高低、支撑面大小和柔韧素质方面找出影响该动作的技术因素,为教练员的教学和运动员的训练提供有价值的参考.

| Abstract: | Taking the members of Neijiang Martial Arts Team as the subjects,a study was made to investigate their performance in completing the act of sidefoot double-arm grip of leg in respects of the balanced capacity and the technical requirements. And a theoretical analysis was also made from the perspectives of biomechanics of athletics and athletic anatomy in the hope of finding out the techical factors that may directly make or mar the act in regards to the swinging of one＇s arms and the leg,the gravity center height,the bearing surface and flexibility. All this was done in an attempt to provide some practical reference for the coaches＇ teaching and training of athletes. |
