| Abstract: | Having both ability and political integrity is the using standard and the seeing goal for the cadres of the higher school. This paper states these aspects from the relation between the ability and political integrity, the connection between the political integrity and character as well as the sublimating condition about having both ability and political integrity. The paper also points out that the leading cadre of the higher school must be an all-round person of having both ability and political integrity. |
