| 摘 要： | 高校具有丰富的体育设施和体育教育人才,为社会体育人才的培养提供了充足的物质资源和人力资源。高校社会体育人才培养基地的建设不仅要着眼于学校,更应该面向社会体育事业的发展。科学合理地建设和运行高校社会体育人才培养基地是解决当前我国社会体育指导员匮乏问题的有效途径。
