| Abstract: | The spiritual civilization in rural (SCRA) declines continuously in recent years, which is manifested with the softened convictions and the rebirth of prostitions, pervasive extravagance and the worsened civil security. The problems are attributed to the insufficient attention from some local leadership as well as the far -from - enough expendture upon the SCRA and the worsening cosmetic surroundings. Therefore, to find a way out, we should first attach more importance to the project; second, persure a down - to - earth policy; third, spend more; fourth,better the social surroundings. |
