| 摘 要： | 我国作为一个农村人口占多数的国家，农村食品安全尤为重要。基于法经济学视角对农村食品安全的公共物品、外部性与信息不对称等问题进行研究，以农民权益保护为出发点和落脚点，提出构建我国农村食品安全制度体系的对策。

| Abstract: | For China＇s rural population, as a majority of the country, food safety is particularly important in rural areas. From the law and economics perspective this thesis focuses on food security in rural public goods, externalities and information asymmetry issues in order to protect farmers＇ interests. Then this thesis puts forward countermeasures on construction of food security system in rural areas. |
