| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了网络环境的发展对信息资源建设和布局的深远意义,分析了网络环境下文献资源建设面临的新问题和新挑战,介绍了文献资源建设的新理念。针对我国国情和现状,思考网络环境下我国文献资源共建共享的运营机制的建设问题,最后,对网络环境和市场运营机制下的文献资源建设提出自己的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | The paper expounder the profound impact of network environment ot the construction and overall layout of document information resources, analyzed the new facing problems and challenges, and introduced the new ideas of document information resouces construction in network environment. According to the status quo and the realities of our country, the author pondered on the development mechanism of document information resources construction and sharing in our country, finally some suggestions are given to the construction of document information resources in network environment. |
