| 摘 要： | 不同的信息结构对组织的效率会产生影响,信息共享的组织决策的效率要高于信息非共享的组织。在一个给定的信息结构下,决策权在委托人和代理人的不同安排,也会造成组织效率的不同。在组织决策系统内,在满足委托人或代理人的参与条件下,双方各自获得项目投资的相应的支付,在不满足委托人或代理人的参与条件下,双方获得纳什谈判结果。

| Abstract: | Information structures have an effect on organization efficiency;decision efficiency of information enjoyed doubly is higher than that of information enjoyed alone.Under the given information structure,the different arrangements of right between a principal and an agent bring about different efficiency.A principal and an agent gain respectively on the condition of taking part in,and they come to Nash bargaining results on the no condition of taking part in. |
