| Abstract: | Our present education overemphasizes knowledge-teaching while neglecting the improvement of the human nature or personality development. Staring with the definition, content and goal of personality education, this paper discusses the principles and methods adopted in our personality education. It also points out that personality education is the basic value orientation of education reform and the gist of modem education as well. |
