人格教育探析

摘    要:现在的教育偏重于知识技能的传授,而忽视了改善人的本性或人格教育的发展,从人格教育出发对人格教育的界定、内容、目标着手,论述人格教育的原则、途径及其方法,并指出人格教育是教育改革的基本价值取向, 是现代教育的第一意义。

Abstract:Our present education overemphasizes knowledge-teaching while neglecting the improvement of the human nature or personality development. Staring with the definition, content and goal of personality education, this paper discusses the principles and methods adopted in our personality education. It also points out that personality education is the basic value orientation of education reform and the gist of modem education as well.
