| Abstract: | This paper has some theoretical research on the network information obsolescence, including the definition and features of network information obsolescence and its’ causes. This paper also has empirical research from the aspect of network information utility value, including Chinese journal electronic literature, netnews as well as web links. The dynamic principles of network information obsolescence and its’ utility value are revealed. |
